Postage and Packing

The p&p price is for UK only. I am happy to send internationally, but please email me before ordering to agree a price.

Payment

Payment is made through paypal, one of the most secure ways to pay for goods on the internet. You can use your own paypal account, or credit or debit card. Baby's Day is not given your card details.

Dispatch

Your notebook will be posted 1st class within 3 days of you placing your order. Items are sent in a bubble wrap jiffy envelope to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition, but are still small enough to fit through a standard size letter box.

Collection

I live and work in Central Milton Keynes. If you are in the area and wish to collect your notebook (therefore saving the postage costs) please email me (sarah@babysday.co.uk) before ordering.

Returns

If you are not happy with your notebook please email me at sarah@babysday.co.uk. You can return it in re-salable condition within 30 days and receive a full refund for the item, but not the postage.

Your Details

Baby's Day will store your contact details securely, and will not pass them on to any 3rd party. Baby's Day may contact you with details of any new products that we develop.
